The ESF Centre office is looking for an Assistant HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support in resourcing and recruitment practices to schools and work as part of the HR team.- Ensures that ESF schools and departments follow ESF HR recruitment policies and practices.- Assists in the recruitment process (e.g. interviews, travel arrangement etc.) especially during the annual teacher recruitment exercise. - Liaises with vendors for new joiner's pre-employment background check - Responsible for recruitment process of supply teachers- Responds to enquiries regarding recruitment in a timely and professional manner.- Liaises with vendors for the maintenance of the online recruitment systems.- Assists in coordinating induction events and new teachers on-board arrangements.- Assists in Support Staff Training and CSR events.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent- Developing a strong track record in Human Resources operational management with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an administrative role - Highly competent in written and spoken English is a must- Fluency in Cantonese- Sound administrative and organising skills- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be self motivated- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skillsThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a capacity to work confidently with senior executives and principals and collaboratively with other support staff.
