Renaissance College opened for students in August 2006 and is providing an all-through education for 2,100 students aged 5 to 18 years. With advanced design and facilities, Renaissance College is testament to ESF’s continuing contribution to the future of quality education in Hong Kong, featuring first-class amenities such as a dedicated sports centre with sports hall and swimming pool, cafeteria, library and performance arts centre; and high-level infrastructure for Information and Communication Technology. We have a fully developed 1:1 Apple laptop programme for over 1100 students and further 500 school owned Apple laptops and desktops. We also have a growing iPad programme.

Senior Facilities Officer


• Responsible for the routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all school buildings and equipment in accordance with Health and Safety standard.
• Plan and coordinate facility service, liaise with contractors and manage general facilities issues such as contract negotiation and administration, operations and maintenance, in compliance with local regulations and ESF’s policy and standards.
• Responsible for internal coordination, implement and monitor project planning, undertake cost control and assist in the preparation of funding applications as well as the management and control of consultant teams.
• Arranging tenders for the issue of new maintenance contracts when due for renewal.
• Organising the letting and paying of Hall hire and ensure maximizing returns and booking facilities for internal and external users.
• Provide technical assistance on school based projects and for assessing and recommending school improvement needs.
• Checking the condition of fabric of the buildings and take relevant measures to ensure suitable upkeep and maintenance for health & safety.
• Perform other duties and assume accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
• Supervise facilities staffing including outsource cleaning and security team.


• Tertiary education with minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Strong in management, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Able to facilitate harmonious working relationships during project, and prompt resolution of problems and conflicts
• Able to organize assigned tasks and meet deadlines

This role requires the successful candidate to work alternate Saturday morning.
