Customer Services Officer – Billing

Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ (parents and schools) inquiries / complaints via telephone, email and letters

• Handle school fees collection and reconciliation

• Update and maintain student data and fees records

• Follow up overdue accounts and hardship applications

• Prepare monthly reports on school fees and enrolment for analysis

• Follow up refund applications

• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

-Tertiary education with minimum 3 years relevant experience in customer services / accounting

-Excellent communications skill, interpersonal skill and telephone manner

-Good written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

-Proficiency in MS office, equipped with fast data input skills

-Hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable is preferable

-Initiative, good problem solving skill and able to work independently

-Ability to work under pressure, patient and a team player

-Experience in education institute, call centre or bank will be an advantage

(This is a renewable contract position.)
