Coordinator - Central Procurement (Bus and Uniform)


The school is seeking to appoint a Coordinator to liaise and coordinate between School and Bus Service Provider and Student Uniform Supplier, ensuring that all services and uniforms are being delivered in the highest quality.

Responsibilities include:
• Ensure that all services are being delivered according to the agreed service and quality.
• Liaise with parents and school bus service provider to ensure smooth and safe running of school bus service.
• Be a welcoming, supportive and organized ambassador for the school and the service providers and handle general inquiries relating to bus matters in a timely fashion.
• Liaise with uniform supplier to ensure smooth transition of central procurement of uniforms.
• Liaise with service provider to ensure smooth transition of central procurement of school bus.
• Coordinate regular meetings between service provider, uniform supplier and school


This person will provide administrative support and assistance in all daily operations. He or she must possess an excellent command of written and spoken English, clerical and inter-personal skills of a high order, superior organisational skills and be able to work autonomously in a busy environment. Ideally, he/she will have the capacity to understand and speak Cantonese. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be a self-starter, work to tight deadlines, and exhibit good team spirit and sound common sense are essential. Additionally, we need an individual who is warm, tolerant, takes pride in his/her work, a problem solver and is adaptable. This post holder must be able to set targets, function well within time frames and demonstrate success. Proficiency in computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Email) and a willingness to develop these further are necessary.

Appropriate qualifications and previous experience of working with students in an educational setting are advantages. Previous experience working in an educational setting would be an advantage. The successful applicant must be able to work flexible hours as needed from time to time.

The position is immediately available. This is a full-time position.
